A few weeks ago, I went to Disney to check out the construction progress at Animal Kingdom on Dinoland USA, Magic Kingdom on the Rivers of America, and Hollywood Studios at Animation Courtyard. I had a little time before work, so I went to Animal Kingdom because it opened the earliest, and walked back to Dinosaur to see the entire play area completed leveled since my last trip. Then I drove to Magic Kingdom to look at the Rivers of America/Tom Sawyer Island progress, and then got an incredible breakfast from the Golden Oak Outpost on my way out of the park to drive to Hollywood Studios, where I saw where the Animation Courtyard arch was, and looked at the Walt Disney Presents updated project exhibit before getting lunch from Dockside Diner and then going over to Monstropolis to see the also now-gone Muppets marquee. This was a sad day to see the early demolition progress for a majority of the Disney parks, but exciting to think of what's to come at some point in the future.
