This panel brought the Summit to a close with a dialogue between progressive and conservative perspectives on constitutional reform moderated by Dr. Jeffrey Rosen. Representing the progressive viewpoint was Caroline Fredrickson, professor at Georgetown Law School. Representing conservative thought was Ilan Wurman, professor at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Dr. Fredrickson and Dr. Wurman discussed their experience acting as the leaders of their respective teams at the National Constitution Center’s Constitution Drafting Project and discussed how constitutional change could be achieved.
