In honor of Constitution Day, the Law Library hosts a discussion with Yale Law professor and former dean Robert Post on his book on the Taft-era Supreme Court. Post's book was produced as part of the Holmes Devise History of the United States Supreme Court series, where the Librarian of Congress serves on the committee for the Holmes Devise.
