Loneliness is often perceived negatively and is frequently misunderstood by many. In TEDxLSPR, Caca Tengker clarifies what loneliness truly means and how to conquer it. One of the key points highlighted is that embracing our own vulnerabilities can actually strengthen us when we share them with others. Alsi Mega Marsha Tengker, commonly known as Caca Tengker, Caca Tengker, is an adult and family psychologist. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland, and a Master's degree in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from UCL. She began her career as a teacher for children with special needs at a school in Jakarta. She continued her studies in psychology at UNIKA Atma Jaya, where she pursued a Master's in Clinical Adult Psychology. Due to her interest in psychology, she also founded Amanasa Indonesia, which provides both online and offline counseling services, as well as mental health screening.
