On December 6, 2023, an online meeting was held for the Connecting 2nd Avenue / 3rd Avenue: Walking, Cycling and Driving Improvements Project to gather feedback on the draft Traffic Plan. The meeting took place through a Microsoft Teams live event and included an opening presentation followed by a question and answer period.
