How do I connect PASCO wireless sensors and other Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices to Sparkvue, whether the installed app or the Progressive Web App (PWA)?

All PASCO Wireless Sensors, including the Wireless Smart Cart, can connect to Sparkvue with this technique, as can other PASCO BLE devices, such as the Airlink Interface.
