As much as I love platformers, sometimes I get the feeling that they really are all the same. Not in terms of gameplay, but in terms of how they're presented. They're often very family-friendly, very cute and bubbly, and very simple. There's nothing wrong with that, but when every platformer does it, you start to yearn for something... different. And that's where Conker's Bad Fur Day comes in. This is a game with a reputation for being more, shall we say, mature than its platformer cousins. I've never played it before, so this is my first time seeing what's on offer in the game... and bloody hell this game is something else. The Legend of Spyro has been... a journey. It didnt start off strong with A New Beginning, but I though that the formula had potential, and with a bit more innovation, I genuinely believed and hoped that the sequel would swoop in and make a brilliant game. Unfortunately, The Eternal Night did everything but that. It was basically a slightly worse version of the exact same thing. Dawn of the Dragon is the final game in the trilogy. This is its last chance to redeem the Legend of Spyro. Can it pull it off? I guess were about to find out. I hope you enjoy! :]

I ended up being surprisingly disappointed with Conkers Bad Fur Day after playing it for the first time. I was expecting great things, and my logic going into it was that the developers of Conkers Bad Fur Day also made Banjo-Kazooie, which is an amazing game. It made sense at the time, at least. But then I started to think... actually, what if Banjo-Kazooie isnt as good as I remember it being? I couldnt let this question go unanswered, so I played through Banjo-Kazooie again. is Banjo-Kazooie as good as I thought? Thats what this video is all about. Hope you enjoy :]
