From thousands of applications, 34 'CEOs' were chosen to run Adecco in their country for one month. From these 34, 10 were chosen to join a CEO for One Month finalists boot camp in Madrid, Spain. After several challenges, only one could become the Adecco Group Global CEO for One Month.
