After playing Sticker Star and not enjoying it nearly as much as the previous 3 games, I opted out of the Paper Mario series going forward. In 2025, I finally played Color Splash and was delighted to find that it was a uniquely flawed game that made 3 missteps for every 1 thing it got right... so that leaves Origami King! Surely they didn't do the same thing 3 times in a row, right?
