This is an obvious hack, but took me a week with my new Apple Watch to discover it. Wanna mess with the settings on your watch, but want the convenience of sitting at your Mac and using your mouse? Just use the new iPhone Mirroring in Sequoia to bring up the Watch app on your iPhone and have at it!
