This is the interrogation of Jeremy Goodale
November 3rd, 2021... Fairfield Iowa. 66 year old Spanish teacher, Nohema Graber was reported missing by family members. It was known that Ms. Graber like to walk the path at Chautauqua park, which was in close proximity to Fairfield High School, where she taught Spanish for the last 9 years.
She was found later that day, bludgeoned to death under a tarp and wheelbarrow away from the path... It was clear she was murdered.
Several students of the school came forward with information indicating who may have been responsible for this heinous crime.
Searches of these individuals homes were conducted, and investigators found bloody clothing at both locations... 16 year old Willard "Chaiden" Miller and 16 year old Jeremy Goodale. Both would be arrested, and held on $1 million bonds for the suspected murder of Nohema Graber.
Willard Millers attorneys fought to suppress his interviews with investigators, and as of now, our requests for them have been denied... But, we will continue to try! What we DO have is Jeremy Goodale's interrogation with the police regarding the death of Nohema Graber, and this is the full interview that took place on February 23rd 2023.

Both Miller and Goodale initially pleaded not guilty to the crime, with Miller even telling detectives that he was forced by her "real" killers to help them hid her body and drive her van... In the end, this was nonsense.
It wasn't until roughly a year after the murder that investigators released the likely motive. Willard "Chaiden" Miller was so upset enough about Nohema Graber giving him a bad grade in her class, that he hatched a plot to kill her... That is all... It effected his grade point average, and he felt he had to take matters into his own hands...
In the spring of 2023 Both Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale pleaded guilty to 1st degree murder, and in July of 2023, Willard Miller was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 35 years.
In November of 2023, Jeremy Goodale was sentenced to life without parole for 25 years. Iowa law does not permit juveniles to be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, and both of them being 17 at the time of sentencing worked in their favor... Willard Miller is appealing his life sentence, and I can only imagine Jeremy Goodale will do the same.
