CONDOM TIPS!
-Remember not to reuse condoms! They cannot be washed and reworn. No hangin em up to dry.
-Make sure to only wear one at a time, or they become less effective.
-Condoms should be stored somewhere where they won't get rubbed on or get too hot or cold. No extreme temperatures for these babies.
CONDOM APPLICATION
To put on a male condom, pinch the tip (KEY!!) and roll. To take it off, gently pull down being careful not to spill.
For female condoms, pinch the ring attached to the closed end and push all the way up into the vagina, against your cervix (kind of like the NuvaRing if you've used one). You'll know it's in place when you don't feel the top ring any more! The bottom ring on the open end will be outside of the vagina. To take it off, gently twist the protruding ring and pull out.
