How does this work? See comments inside the video. Phantasms naturally gain Fury from Phantasmal Fury, and transferring this Fury triggers Relic of Nourys. 1 Phantasm cast = 1 stack of Nourys
Why would I play this, it does less DPS than the build on SC? Don't play it, I am just having fun and felt like sharing :D
What gear do I need to run? I really don't want you to gear up for this, because it's worse than the standard build in essentially every way. But I do show the gear at the end of the video (it's the same gear as you would run with a Fractal Relic Dueling build).

Relic of Nourys has a *lot* of extremely weird and buggy behavior. I'll have fun with this as long as it lasts, but I really hope that Anet goes through and eventually fixes more and more bugs (for example, the stacks you generate passively sometimes fail to generate and you just lose all stacks because they time out after 5 seconds).

In actual encounters I'm having a blast playing around burst windows (you can spawn a precise amount of Phantasms during downtime to speed up the relic proc, or play without them for a while to delay it appropriately), so even though this is just worse than the standard build by like 1k DPS, I am enjoying it so far.

In encounters where the boss has perma boons, replace Phantasmal Disenchanter with Null Field.
By the way, Disenchanter stripping boons doesn't count, because the Phantasm doesn't have the relic.
