To allow for semi and fully-automatic firing on the condiment cannon, I programmed an ESP32 S3 Zero to cycle a 12V solenoid at precise intervals that allowed each round of jelly to advance into place within the magazine. For added flair, I also used an OLED display to show how many rounds had been fired, as well as the battery life of the LiPo cells.
