Unlike a sprained ankle, a concussion is invisible - your brain gets bruised inside your skull with no bruising or swelling you can see, and it doesn't even show up on a CT or MRI. And because your brain runs everything (balance, mood, sleep, thinking, memory), the symptoms can be surprisingly wide-ranging: not just headaches and dizziness, but brain fog, anxiety, sensitivity to light or noise, and even gaps in memory around the injury itself.

Like the name suggests, this video covers the 101 of Concussions. What they are, the return protocol and the importance of communication in recovery.
