Bayoona | Concrete biscuit chocolate cake (like school) @Bayoona | Uploaded January 2017 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Note: This becomes hard once it cools a little, just like the ones we had in school :).
Forgot to mention in video: 180C for about 20 minutes.
With the help of my little one....
This is the easiest recipe for a quick dessert, when you are feeling for something sweet and chocolatey and have no time or not enough ingredients in your pantry. Takes only 20 minuets in the oven and your done. Serve hot or cold, on its own or with custard or even try it with ice-cream!!
Only leave it to 'rest' if you want it hard. Some people like it still soft. It depends on your own taste
Ingredients:
100g melted butter
200g plain flour
200g sugar
50g cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients then spread the mix into a suitable sized greased baking dish, place in a preheated oven 180 Degrees for 20 minuets.
