1995 was a wild time for Cadillac and the Deville Concourse was at right in the middle the decade and the design ethos. A full size sedan with the then shining star of a DOHC V8 the Northstar. Now known as the butt of many a joke, this engine when working right (like it is in this car) is lovely and was a standard bearer of the era.
