EastWest Sounds | ComposerCloud Tip: Audition and Download Individual Instruments @EWQLTutorials | Uploaded August 2021 | Updated October 2024, 8 hours ago.
The One Minute ComposerCloud Tip series is back! First up, how to Audition and Download Individual Instruments in OPUS.

00:05 - The beginning of this trailer feels good, but let’s add some rhythm elements. With Opus, you can now audition instruments without having to load them.

00:12 - The Lord of Toms Ensemble adds some great low-end punch, but we need to add brass.

00:19 - You can not only audition instruments that aren’t installed, but also download only the articulations you want without having to install the entire library.

00:24 - Use the 6 French Horn patch for that larger than life brass sound, they pair great with the new 2 Trombone patch as well.

00:37 - Finally let’s add choir - again, you can now download only the patch you want if you don’t have the library installed.

00:42 - Combine the massive sound of Hollywood Choirs and Hollywood Brass for that classic trailer sound, with Hollywood Strings and Stormdrum 2 and 3 providing the rhythm.

All of these instruments are available in your ComposerCloud subscription. Sign up today: soundsonline.com/composercloud
