"Resource Drive" has multiple issues in 4.2.1, certain missions don't spawn. so players bottlenecked to freight elevators. Elevators don't work and other method of obtaining the materials are heavily nerfed. But certain ships still spawn this cargo in decent amounts.

Pyro bounties is the most consistent way to obtain event materials, unlike Stanton - the shard is irrelevant.
