Here's a 13-minute long compilation of all the known pre-release footage of Mega Man legends from when it was first "Mega Man Neo" in summer of 1997, to its formal (presumably) official Japanese unveiling in August, to when it was just about to launch. All in developmental chronological order, and there sure are a lot of things that show what evolved during the course of it's making.

I previously uploaded this clip a few years ago, but I knew this needed to be improved upon at some point in time. Too bad about the subtle shimmering though.
Link has different voice samples in this footage! This footage of Ocarina of Time (N64) was ripped from a VHS tape I purchased last week called Target: Get Into The Game.
Ocarina of Time went through constant, tremendous revisions in its three year development cycle. Documented in this footage is the different voice samples Link had for his child and adult incarnations. I suspect in this point in time, his voice was done by one single voice actress. The final would credit two actors Fujiko Takimoto and Nobuyuki Hiyama for portraying young Link and adult Link, respectfully.
GITG showcases PlayStation and Nintendo 64 games from 1998, in an era when simple, colorful games reigned supreme. 1998 was the most magical year for gaming ever.
