What’s up guys—this one was insane.
I got the chance to drift at the **Legends of Drift event** at Englishtown, New Jersey—the same one where they’re filming the upcoming *Drifter* movie with Sun Kang. We hauled the S14 30 hours across the country, started prepping the S13 for the giveaway build, and jumped straight into competition.
It wasn’t smooth sailing:
🚨 My trailer got broken into in Indianapolis (tools stolen)
💥 I hit the wall in qualifying
🤝 Tandemed against Chris Nap (on his home track)
🤯 Talked setups with LZ, and Duarte
💡 Now considering an 8HP transmission swap for the S14
Lots of lessons learned, crazy experiences, and the motivation to get the car dialed before the next big event.
