this video presents a Comparison for Enter Shadow : Wait for damage vs Rush in. Note that the sidehops on the rush side do not crouch in order to gain speed. Sidehops on wait side do crouch as it is a safer strategy to not miss sloped sidehops.

Classic Full Clear is a series of videos that shows the bread and butter route to use for dungeons while doing all the item checks (Gold Skulls are arbitrarily chosen by me).
This ressource is both for beginner and advanced player. Beginner will see the order in which things are done and can use it as a base to later find variations depending on inventory. Advanced players can use it as a challenge to beat this time.
I believe this deku tree (spliced from 2 attempts) can be beaten by around 10s, but its not easy to do. Let me know in the comments your times for deku tree !
