It is directional (and locational in some sense), but should be safe and sound in any case (*);
and the initializing function will help you when it doesn't work well.
Please tell me if you find it broken!

(*1) This directionality causes the difference in the trapdoors opening order, which does NOT lead to a failure though.
(*2) This locationality effects on the update order of dust-cut pistons, and occasionally, some of them don't activate well iff the update of a certain dust is skipped.
So, I have placed extra normal pistons on the dust-cut ones that relates to the whole BUD system.
Probably safe and sound anyway!
