I cannot draw pokemon for the life of me, but I hope the video is still enjoyable. To achieve 60fps, I applied frame interpolation to my frame by frame animation in my editing software (hence the presence of some artefacts) I dont know if I like the look, but maybe I will apply it in future animations.
