Rhode Island made the largest cuts in history to its public transportation system last fall, saving taxpayers about $4.4 million. But reduced bus frequency has disrupted daily routines for many RIPTA riders who depend on the service to get to work, school, and appointments. We rode along with four riders to hear their stories.
