Before joining the community, Claudia was in despair for some employment-inactive years. This affected her self-esteem and was filling her brain with nothing but pessimism about the future. When she checked out a community website, started using the resources shared online, and got in touch with members things changed. She decided to jump into the train and find a way to upgrade herself. From learning to training and mentoring modules to networking opportunities near my location, she saw a window of opportunities to re-invent herself professionally and boost her skills and eventually, her self-esteem. For all this change, She feels she owes big debt to the community and would like to say it clear and loud! With a special announcement!

Ryan Dahl, creator of Node.js, presented 10 Things I regret about Node.js at JSConf EU 2018 and introduced Deno, a newly developed JavaScript runtime. Four years have passed since then. What advantages does Deno have and how much ore convenient is it over Node.js? Is it okay to use Deno in production instead of Node.js now?
Through creating a Node.js project with TypeScript, we will find out the existing inconveniences and learn how Deno solves them. Also, I will introduce how to coexist with the current ecosystem based on my experience of actually using the Node.js library in Deno and deploying it to NPM. Then lets go to Deno Land together!
