In this video, designer Sam London introduces the new solo bot system for Common Sense! The video includes an overview, a nitty-gritty look at the solo rules, and a 2-3 turn playthrough using the solo bot. Enjoy!

Common Sense is designed to be a sandbox of the American Revolution. You can play the entire war from beginning to end along historical lines or you can push the limits and set up great “what if” scenarios (if your opponent lets you get away with it). What if Benedict Arnold never switched sides? What if the French entered the war early? What if the natives presented a more significant military threat to the colonies? What if the Continental Army managed to secure Canada? What if King George had the full support of parliament to subdue the colonies at any cost? Common Sense offers the flexibility to play with all these questions and more while keeping the game firmly grounded in the social, military, and economic challenges both sides contended with as the war went on.
