Reseating your memory is the classic fix that solves half the problems on tech support forums. RAM sticks actually require a surprising amount of force to seat correctly into the motherboard slots. If they are not fully clicked in on both ends, your system simply will not post or boot up.

To fix this, push down on the retaining tabs, take the memory completely out of the slot, and push it straight back in until you hear a very distinct click. If you are using DDR4 or DDR5, make sure the notch on the stick aligns perfectly with the key in the slot before applying pressure across both edges.

If your system still refuses to display anything after reseating all sticks, try booting with just a single stick of memory installed in the primary slot. This is usually the second slot away from the CPU socket, and testing one stick at a time helps quickly isolate a bad module or a stubborn slot issue.
