We got a surprise this year with the return of Commissar Sebastian Yarrick for a band new animation on Warhammer+, and we got an awesome new model to put on our tabletop too! There's been a bit of controversy with his rules, but I decided to focus on showing you how to paint Commissar Yarrick, quickly and easily, in a tutorial suitable for any level of painter!
