Restored by Garrett Gilchrist from low quality SLP VHS sources. This is mostly from airings of Garfield and Friends Season 7 on CBS saturday mornings in 1993-1994. The raw tapes were often very noisy. However, certain commercials and bumpers were repeated several times across the VHS tapes, and were carefully edited and overlaid over one another to eliminate the randomness of the noise.
Some NeatVideo noise reduction was also used.
Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat bumpers appear. There are also some commercials from 1993 Family Channel airings of the Super Mario Bros Super Show, and a few 80s ads snuck in there as well.
