On the 80th anniversary of D-Day, we commemorate the brave personnel who risked their lives in Operation Overlord.

We’re looking back at the crucial role our technologies played during D-Day and throughout World War II with our engines powering aircraft, such as the Supermarine Spitfire, Hawker Hurricane and the Mustang all of which helped in achieving ultimate success.

We're proud to reflect on our strong heritage and the role we played in securing freedom and peace.
