Shout out to Albalass for the Idea to use the Bewitching branch!
and Emery22 for the Dragon breath!
With this Strategy you can easily cheese commander Niall. Use the Bewitching Branch on his Knights so they turn on each other. Usually at least half the health bar with be gone before starting the fight. In this example I use the rot breath at the start of the fight to get even more health drained.
