This is the Nuclear Storm superweapon of the nuclear general from the Contra 007 mod. It is one of the most powerful superweapons in the whole mod. The nuclear general doesn't have any defending systems (̶o̶̶n̶̶e̶̶ ̶̶o̶̶f̶̶ ̶̶t̶̶h̶̶e̶̶ ̶̶r̶̶e̶̶a̶̶s̶̶o̶̶n̶̶s̶̶ ̶̶I ̶̶d̶̶o̶̶n̶'̶t̶̶ ̶̶l̶̶i̶̶k̶̶e̶̶ ̶̶t̶̶h̶̶i̶̶s̶̶ ̶̶m̶̶o̶̶d̶), he can only defend his base with his normal units. But even one single rocket soldier is able to burst out a nuclear mushroom. The Nuclear Storm COULD destruct a whole enemy base.
