This prototype teaser trailer *IS in the files of the PC and Xbox 360 builds of the game,* and it shows us a completely different design of Jack Sparrow. The trailer also uses some unused cutscenes I found on the game's files, so I wonder if the character itself is still on the game files but hidden.
