The first part of a retrospective nearly a decade in the making. I revisit a game I've spent most of my adult life thinking I hate: Chrono Cross.
Chrono Trigger means a lot to me, and when I played its sequel as a teenager it felt like an insult. now that I'm well into adulthood, I decided to give it another chance it with a fresh perspective and an open mind. What did I discover? I love this game, it's a beautiful mess.
Part 1 will discuss the gameplay and general story of the first act. Part 2 will primarily go into plot of the second and third acts.
