Welcome to Open Road: NC500, a brand-new four-part series from the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Taking in four of our most stunning Club Campsites in Culloden Moor, Brora, Dunnet Bay and Kinlochewe, Simone Stewart, Cameron Burns and James Lewis head north to tackle the iconic NC500 route across the Scottish Highlands, each bringing a completely different style of touring to the convoy!
From a converted Warburtons delivery van and a rugged 4x4 fitted with an Alu-Cab roof tent, to a classic Sprite 400 caravan, this series proves that there is no single "right" way to experience the open road.
Together, they'll navigate epic mountain passes, camp right next to white-sand beaches, track down the finest local produce, try paddleboarding on remote lochs, and face the raw, unpredictable realities of Scottish weather, campfire cooking fails, and roadside breakdowns.
