Something I didn't mention in the video is that I recognize how fortunate I am in having supportive and accepting friends and family. Homelessness is the biggest issue for queer youth who have had to leave abusive and unsafe homes. There are many other topics I didn't cover in this video (that I will talk about later), and it is also important to keep in mind that although you may be more fortunate, that doesn't invalidate your experience.
