What's up, everybody? I'm back again with a new episode in the Comic Art 101: Stop the Insanity! series, once again focused on "What NOT to do if you want to improve your odds of NOT losing money when you resell comic art". This mini-series within a series has quickly become one of the most popular ones on my channel, so I'm very happy to bring you another episode. Hopefully, with continued repetition, the message will sink in for some of the collectors who continue to resell art at auction far too soon and who typically end up with financial losses far more often than not. You regular and semi-regular members of the Live Chat Crew always liven up the proceedings with your wit and humour, so keep it up, because it's clear that the rewind viewers really appreciate the effort us forth by all of us together.
I do have some disappointing news, however, and that is that my friend Matt Kennedy will no longer be my co-host on this series within a series, as the time commitment required has forced him to reluctantly step aside. Matt and I have always been on the same wavelength when it comes to the topic of collectors not holding onto their purchases long enough and reselling too soon, and I and many viewers love his views & takes on issues related to this topic. On top of that, Matt is extremely well versed and a fountain of knowledge on MANY topics, which made him the perfect partner to have riding shotgun with me. Thanks for everything you've contributed to the hobby via all your appearances on my channel, Matt. I appreciate it greatly and you'll be extremely missed!
A small consolation perhaps, but once again, Susan Powter is with me, in spirit, if not in studio.
