Comfy Cozy Knits began in 2014 when Ashley wanted to sell her hand knit items and self-published knitting patterns. Three years later, she added hand-dyed yarns to business. And in 2019, Ashley made her part-time business her full-time occupation and we're pleased to be able to share another local entrepreneur with you.
"My love of colours has grown over the years." Ashley told us that she's grown from loving blue-and-only-blue as a teenager to developing a full-colour range appreciation as a dyer.
"As a maker, personally I gravitate towards solid/tonal colourways and stripes which is what makes up most of my lineup of colourways. Self striping yarn is my absolute favourite to dye and work with. There are so many different colour combinations that it feels like the possibilities are endless!" Ashley will be bringing a selection of hand dyed self striping yarn along with coordinating sock yarn in solid/tonal colourways.
