COVID-19 quarantines have pushed many Americans to change their way of life. With restaurant visits largely out of the picture, people have turned to their own kitchens for sustenance and solace. From sourdough bread to sweet potato pie, the food choices during the pandemic are not necessarily healthy but are tasty and informed by available ingredients. Panelists will examine today’s experience and compare the phenomena to earlier quarantines.
