At Earth’s closest point to Comet 3I ATLAS, I captured multiple images showing clear jet angle changes from one image to the next.
In this video, I compare separate images taken near closest approach, where the angles of the comet’s jets visibly differ between frames. These are not artistic effects or a single processed image — they are distinct captures, revealing how dynamic comet activity can appear when rotation, viewing geometry, and solar interaction all come into play.
Jet angle changes like this can occur due to:
• Rotation of the comet’s nucleus
• Different surface vents becoming active or inactive
• Changing Sun–Earth–comet geometry
• Interaction with solar radiation and solar wind
In this video, we examine:
✔ Side-by-side image comparisons
✔ Why closest approach matters
✔ What science allows us to conclude
✔ What this does — and does NOT — imply
📸 All images shown were captured by me using real astrophotography equipment — no AI images, no stock footage.
📍 Captured from Leander, Texas

![Fireballs & Comets… Something Isn’t Adding Up | What They Don’t Explain
Something unusual is happening in our skies in 2026 - and the numbers dont add up.
Fireballs reported by 100+ witnesses have DOUBLED. Sonic booms are being heard across multiple states. A 7-ton asteroid screamed over Ohio. A meteorite punched through a roof in Houston. And right now, as you watch this, Comet C/2025 R3 (PanSTARRS) is making its only pass past our Sun - ever.
In this video, I walk through the actual American Meteor Society data, year by year, from 2015 to 2026. Youll see exactly where the numbers stop behaving like they used to - and why scientists are saying this isnt just better cameras or more reporters. The size of the rocks hitting Earth has shifted upward. The brightness is up. The booms are real. And nobody has a confirmed explanation yet.
I also explore the open question: are the comets passing close to our Sun connected to this fireball surge? The honest answer - we dont know yet. But the timing is worth paying attention to.
