Combine multiple documents into one PDF
Method 1: Combine files within Acrobat
1.Open Acrobat DC.
2. Choose File then Create then Combine Multiple Files into a single PDF.
3. If the file is already open, then choose Combine Files from the right menu.
4. Click Add Files or Add Open Files, or drag files into the Add Files window. 5.You can choose a variety of documents at once, such as Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, images, emails, and more.
6. Click Combine to merge all of the files into one PDF.
Method 2: Combine files from your desktop
1. Shift-click all the required documents on your desktop.
2. On a PC, right-click and choose Combine Files in Acrobat. On a Mac, Ctrl-click and choose Quick Actions then Create PDF.
