Silver Operations from Comanche 3, advanced flight model.

Runned on Windows 10 with dgvoodoo 2 and community made compability patches from SimHQ. Patches also allowed to change in-game resolution, with the highest being 1280x1024. But, at the that resolution the frame is slightly cropped at the top and the bottom.
Music volume was fixed by installing Virtual MIDI Synth + CoolSoft MIDI Mapper and using Creative (emu10k1)8MBGMSFX SoundFont.
PPJoy+GlovePIE 0.45 were used to setup flightstick emulation.
