I have never seen such bad driving by a cop. He touched the brakes 40 times by my count during the five or so minutes I was behind and could have been cited for speeding, reckless driving and following too closely. Furthermore, the speed limit in the construction zone along Lewiston Road is 35 mph. He was going at least 60 mph and within a minute was out of sight.
