Unlike when my best friend and I used to relax and colour with crayons and kids books - because adult colouring wasn’t a thing back then, now there are so many choices, themes and styles to choose from. Treat yourself and let your inner child come out and play. You can spend time on your own, or spend time with your kids and grandkids, or start a colouring group. If like me you are not a skilled artist, it is an easy way to make beautiful art that you can use to make covers for journals, decorate your space, or keep in the book and enjoy on those challenging days.
