In this video I complete shot 1 of my Futurama intro by colouring the drawing I made last week. Then I animate the background to include some parallax, to give an impression of being in a 3D space without having a 3D model, which helps give this shot a similar look to the original show.
This is a long video because I show both the colouring and animating stages, so I've got links to different sections here. I did consider breaking this into 2 videos over 2 weeks, but was too excited to get this out there, but do let me know in the comments if you prefer this as 1 video or if you think I should have broken it up into 2.
