This massive wooden coaster opened in 2001 and is Intamin Pre Fabricated design meaning all the track is laser cut to perfection without the risk of human error making for a quicker installation and a smoother ride (Note although this sounds good on paper it comes at a cost as the Intamin Pre Fabs are the most expensive wooden coaster on the market).
Colossos was also the prototype Intamin Pre Fab and being prototype it unfortunately had flaws that being it required to be 3 years out of action awaiting a full retrack between 2016-2019, it reopened in 2019 and had additional theming added to it as well as the retrack.
Colossos is the 4th tallest and fastest wooden coaster in the world, it still operates today thrilling guests on its gigantic camel backs thrilling rider for many more years.
