Time lapse photography of different pigment producing bacteria on tryptic soy agar plates.

Bacteria were incubated for 6-8 hours before photos were taken in order to skip lag phase. Pictures were taken every 6 minutes.

E. coli........24 hours of footage at 37 degrees Celsius
S. marscescens.......24 hours of footage at 29 degrees Celsius
P. aeruginosa............75 hours of footage at 30 degrees Celsius
S. aurantiaca.............65 hours of footage at 30 degrees Celsius
C. violaceum.............48 hours of footage at 30 degrees Celsius
Mixed culture............48 hours of footage at 30 degrees Celsius
