On November 15, 2025, the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering held the inaugural Soggy Sailors Cup! Students in the Common First-Year Experience program and from across the college made engineering fun, designing and building boats made of cardboard! Faculty and staff joined in the competition, held in the pool at the CSU Recreation Center. Success wasn't only measured in boats that could float, but also in teamwork and a fun experience for everyone!
