Hello everyone! Here's my real estate update for the Denver Metro Area, June 2018. The summer slowdown appears to be hitting Denver earlier this year. I've made a few videos in the past asking the question, are we in a bubble here in Denver? Many of my colleagues in the real estate and loan industry say no, but I think there are some troubling signs out there.

It's still a great time to sell your home in Denver, and in my opinion you would be selling at the top of the market if you're to do it now.
